Full-Stack Operator — Tech & Business

I design, build, and run systems end to end — from Laravel backends and Linux servers to AI-powered customer channels and the digital presence that runs on top of them. I currently own that full stack end to end for a fast-moving service business — from writing the code to managing the server it runs on.

One person, the whole stack

I work as a full-stack operator for a Depok, Indonesia-based service company. My role isn't confined to one lane — I build the internal software, keep the server it runs on secure and online, and shape the digital channels the business uses to reach and serve its customers.

On the backend, I build with PHP/Laravel and Livewire, and I'm equally comfortable in WordPress for projects where it's the faster, right-sized tool for the job (see the Bumi Snack case study below). On infrastructure, I've taken a production VPS from a fresh OS install through hardened, SSL-secured deployment, and I keep it that way. On the AI side, I integrate large language models into real customer-facing workflows, not just prototypes.

I studied Information Systems at Universitas Indonesia, but most of my hands-on experience has come from business and design work rather than a straight engineering track — which means I optimize for what actually ships and holds up in production, and I'm comfortable picking up new tools (from Supabase to agentic pipelines) when the problem calls for it.

SISRWB — Internal Business Management System
Built solo · Laravel 13 / Livewire 4 · Ubuntu 22.04 / Nginx / MySQL / PHP 8.3
sis.rwbtravel.co.id ↗

The operational core of a service business I work with: a Laravel/Livewire application that manages customer data, invoicing, member savings programs, and document generation across roughly 58 database tables. Built and deployed entirely from scratch, and under active development since early 2025.

  • End-to-end deployment pipeline: from OS reinstall (Ubuntu 20.04 → 22.04) through PHP, Nginx, MySQL, Node.js, SSL, custom SSH hardening, and a repeatable deploy script.
  • Finance & accounting module: designed a Chart of Accounts and double-entry journal logic tailored to the business's specific transaction types.
  • Clean architecture: applied Service + Repository patterns to keep business logic maintainable as the app grew.
  • Feature delivery: participant ID card generation, duplicate-record validation, and a reusable Livewire dropdown-with-modal component.
  • Serves as the data backbone that the WhatsApp AI chatbot and Google Business Profile integration both consume via authenticated APIs.
AI WhatsApp Customer Service Chatbot
Built solo · Laravel 12 · Fonnte WhatsApp Gateway · Claude API

WhatsApp was the client's primary conversion channel, so I designed and built an AI-driven chatbot to handle it — architected to read live data from the business's existing system via API rather than duplicating the data layer.

  • AI conversation engine: integrated Claude (Haiku model) for natural, memory-aware conversations with leads.
  • Business logic: planned lead management, CS escalation/handover, and automated follow-ups via Laravel's scheduler.
  • CS playbook: authored a full conversation playbook (A-T-A-T-C framework) covering five scenarios for converting Meta Ads leads into bookings.
  • Evaluated Fonnte against the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API to inform the gateway decision.
Bumi Snack — B2B Export Website
Built solo · WordPress · Shared Hosting
bumisnack.com ↗

A WordPress site built for Bumi Kristal Snacks, an Indonesian manufacturer and exporter of traditional snacks (pisang sale, kerupuk, tempe sagu, basreng) targeting international importers, distributors, and retailers. Built end to end as a B2B marketing platform showcasing the company's products and heritage to a global audience.

  • Full WordPress build: landing page, product presentation, and company profile designed for a B2B export audience.
  • Hosting & domain setup: configured shared hosting and worked through DNS/root-domain migration issues to get the site live at bumisnack.com.
  • Positioned the brand around quality, food safety, and sustainable partnership for international buyers.
Website & Digital Presence
Owned solo · WordPress → Laravel · Google Business Profile API · SEO
rwbtravel.co.id ↗

Beyond internal systems, I own a client's public-facing presence — the company website and its Google Business Profile, the two places most prospective customers meet the brand first. The site started on WordPress before evolving alongside the company's custom systems.

  • GBP integration: explored connecting Google Business Profile to the internal system via the Google Posts API, since GBP's Products section has no public API.
  • Competitor & market research: extracted and structured competitor data to inform positioning and content.
  • Content infrastructure: produced structured documentation used by the wider content and dev workflow.
  • Full ownership of uptime, updates, and day-to-day management of the company's web presence.

Visual design samples

Section and content design work across two WordPress sites and an ongoing social content system — built and designed by me end to end, from layout and typography to brand tone.

Bumi Snack homepage hero section, split layout with serif headline on a warm cream background beside full-bleed product photography
Bumi Snack Our Story section with a decorative dotted world map, layered product photography, and a Fresh and Authentic accent badge

Consistent palette, alternating rhythm

A serif display headline paired with a plain-spoken sans-serif body creates hierarchy without extra weight or color, and the warm cream background is pulled straight from the kraft-paper packaging in the product shots so every section reads as one palette. The story section flips the text/image order to give the page scroll rhythm instead of a flat repeating template, with a dotted world-map texture nodding to "global market" positioning and an amber badge echoing the packaging tones.

Client website homepage hero section, dark navy-to-purple gradient with magenta accent headline, customer photo, and trust stats bar
Client Site · Homepage Hero

Emotional warmth over generic corporate defaults

This client serves an older, trust-sensitive customer base making a big decision, so the hero leans into warmth instead of a generic blue/white corporate look: a dark navy-to-violet gradient, a magenta highlight on the emotional line of the headline, and a real customer photo instead of stock imagery. A stats bar (customers served, official license number, starting price) sits above the fold to answer trust and cost before the visitor has to scroll.

Instagram · Content System

A design system, not one-off posts

I run this account solo as a repeatable system: four content pillars, a three-layer card format (hook title, sub-theme, quote), and reusable Canva templates that keep every post on-brand across a three-posts-a-week batch rhythm. Highlights are organized by trip stage so visitors self-navigate.

Note on process: I use Claude/GPT to accelerate producing and iterating on layouts and code, then manually refine typography, spacing, and responsiveness rather than shipping the first output as-is — the same workflow this kind of role is built around.
